A firm, contoured pillow shaped for people who wake with a stiff or aching neck. The raised ridge supports the curve at the base of the skull and the hollow behind it holds the head, which sets your neck height for you instead of leaving you to find it. Best suited to back and side sleepers. Front sleepers should not use it -- the loft is far too high for sleeping face-down.
