Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the terms on which Plush Foams Private Limited, operating the brand "Beditation" ("Beditation", "we", "us", or "our"), accepts order cancellations, returns, and replacements, and effects refunds in respect of products purchased through beditation.in (the "Website"). This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order at any time before it has been dispatched, at no cost. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and shall instead be subject to the return provisions set out below. To request a cancellation, please use the order-management tools available on our Track Order page or contact us using the details below. Where payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount shall be refunded in accordance with Clause 5.

2. Returns

Eligible Products may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Product must be unused, undamaged, and free from stains, tears, or soiling;
  • The Product must be returned in a clean and hygienically acceptable condition, together with all original tags, covers, and accompanying items;
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number and registered email or telephone number) must be provided.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Unless a Product is received defective or damaged (see Clause 3), the customer shall arrange and bear the cost of returning the Product to our facility. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for Products lost or damaged in return transit. Risk in the Product remains with the customer until it is received and verified by us.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must notify us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs evidencing the issue. Upon verification, we shall, at our discretion, arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and in such cases the cost of return shall be borne by us.

4. Replacements

Where a replacement is requested and approved, it shall be dispatched once the original Product has been received and inspected, or, in the case of a verified defect, on such basis as we may determine. Replacements are subject to stock availability; where a replacement is unavailable, a refund shall be issued in accordance with Clause 5.

5. Refunds

Once a cancellation or return is approved and, where applicable, the returned Product has been received and inspected, the eligible refund shall be initiated to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed within ten (10) to twelve (12) business days from the date of approval or receipt and inspection of the returned Product, as the case may be. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter is subject to the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider, over which we have no control.

Where a refund is due on an order for which forward shipping was provided free of charge, we reserve the right to deduct actual logistics costs incurred only to the extent expressly stated on the relevant product page or order confirmation.

6. Non-Returnable Circumstances

We reserve the right to decline a return or refund where: (a) the request is made beyond the applicable window; (b) the Product shows signs of misuse, damage, soiling, or unhygienic condition not attributable to us; (c) proof of purchase cannot be established; or (d) the Product is of a category expressly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase for reasons of hygiene or customisation.

7. How to Initiate a Request

Cancellation, return, and replacement requests may be raised through the Track Order page using your order number, or by contacting us directly. Our team will respond with the applicable next steps and, where required, the return address.
