There is no default or implied warranty on our Products. A warranty applies only where it is expressly stated on the relevant product page; where no warranty is stated, the Product is sold without warranty. Where a warranty is offered, it is a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, settled on a pro-rata basis according to the age of the product, as set out in full in our Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance attributable to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or disruptions in logistics or telecommunications.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
