This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes the dispatch and delivery practices of Plush Foams Private Limited, operating the brand "Beditation" ("Beditation", "we", "us", or "our"), in respect of orders placed through beditation.in (the "Website"). This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed upon successful confirmation of payment. Products are ordinarily dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive courier and tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

Following dispatch, Products are typically delivered within five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending on the destination and the serviceability of the delivery location. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, delivery timelines are indicative only and are not guaranteed, as final delivery is effected by third-party logistics partners.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary standard shipping across India on all orders, unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page or at checkout. Any applicable charges, where levied, will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. In the event that a delivery location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or to process a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. We shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, or from a failure to be available to receive the Product at the time of delivery.

6. Inspection on Delivery

We encourage you to inspect the packaging at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears visibly tampered with or damaged, please decline the delivery or note the condition with the delivery personnel and notify us within seventy-two (72) hours, so that we may assist you in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable for delays in delivery occasioned by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, strikes, regional restrictions, or disruptions affecting our logistics partners.
